We are excited to share "See something beautiful, Say something beautiful, Feel something beautiful”

The “See something beautiful, Say something beautiful, Feel something beautiful” mantra was a powerful message I shared with my daughter during her college years, especially on days when life's challenges seemed overwhelming. This simple yet profound reminder served as a mental cue for us to step back from negativity and self-destructive thoughts, urging us to focus on the beauty surrounding us.

Merriam-Webster defines beauty as "the quality or group of qualities in a person or thing that gives pleasure to the senses or the mind." At "See, Say, Feel" we embrace a broader, more personal definition of beauty. To us, beauty is personal, whatever you believe it to be. It isn't confined to a single aspect or form; instead, it manifests in countless ways tailored to individual perceptions and experiences.

This approach nurtures a positive outlook during tough times and encourages a habit of appreciating life's subtle yet profound beauties. By seeing, saying, and feeling beauty, we practice gratitude and mindfulness, which enriches our daily experiences and strengthens our mental resilience. This philosophy fosters a deeper connection with the world and ourselves, proving that beauty comes in many shapes and forms.

How to use See, Say, Feel

On good days and, most importantly, on days when you or someone you care about is having a stressful day, encourage them to “See something beautiful, Say something beautiful, Feel something beautiful.”

There is no need to share, but sharing what was seen, said, and felt can be fun and fulfilling.
